Welcome to our web site!
Casa
Acuncada means “Wedge Shaped House”. The house is on the bend of a terrace of brand new town houses. It is located
in the Estacion de Benaojan, a small typically spanish, working village in a mountain region of Inland Andalucia, very close
to the famous gorge in Ronda.
The
property is one on a development which is mainly residential. It was started in 2005 and was completed in March 2007.
The development was completed in 2008.

The
accommodation is spread over three floors. On street level from the front is a fully fitted kitchen, lounge diner, small terrace
to the rear and small gardens to the front. The top floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. There a also a good sized
balcony to the front. The lower floor has a large double bedroom and an ensuite shower room. The property is fully tiled throughout
and has a marble stair case.
The
village is ideally suited to visit most of Andalucia, from Seville in the north to Gibraltar in the southwest. For walkers
and bird watchers, the surrounding countryside is on your doorstep. The views are spectacular. Guided bird tours are can be
arranged. Ronda will never fail to impress with its magnificent bridge and gorge. It can get busy in the summer, but thanks
to plenty of underground car parks the roads are fairly clear. However the train goes to Ronda from the village and is a good
way to visit the town.
